JP Orleans Realty Development Corporation’s story began in 1992, rooted in a dream as simple and as powerful as the families we serve: to give every hardworking Filipino a home they can truly call their own.In the early 1990s, Capiz was experiencing a growing need for quality housing. Seeing this gap, Hannah Orleans–Arcenas, a passionate licensed real estate broker, and Engr. Ricardo A. Hannah Orleans–Arcenas
Licensed Real Estate Broker since 1992, with over 18 years of experience and more than eight subdivision projects completed. Her passion for helping Filipinos achieve homeownership has been a driving force behind the company’s customer-first approach.
Engr. Ricardo A. Arcenas
Civil Engineer with 30+ years of experience and a solid track record in delivering projects on time and to specification for both private and government sectors. His engineering expertise ensures that every home and infrastructure is built with quality, safety, and durability in mind.
